A personal vehicle takes around 60 to 90 minutes at our Houten installation centre: we handle wiring, mounting, calibration and a short test drive before you leave with your car. For a fleet, install time depends on the number of vehicles and our team plans the rollout with you.

We support passenger cars, vans, trucks, motorcycles, campers and most light commercial vehicles. For specialist fleets — cold-chain, refuse, agricultural — book a call so we can confirm compatibility before you commit.

Yes. Personal customers get the first year of cloud data and features included free, so you can experience everything with no trial period to track. Fleet customers can run a pilot on part of the fleet before committing to a full rollout.

Email and phone support during office hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30 CET), the in-app knowledge base, firmware updates for the life of your hardware, and assistance retrieving footage for insurance or legal claims.

Yes, for fleets of 5+ vehicles our team comes to your depot and installs in batches. Under 5 vehicles we charge a call-out fee depending on distance.

All footage is encrypted in transit and stored on EU-hosted servers under ISO 27001 and GDPR controls. Only authorised users in your organisation can access recordings — Drivewatch staff never view footage unless you raise an active support request.
