SOLUTION 03

The system watches. You get only what counts.

The AI continuously scans every camera and flags the moments that matter — fatigue, distraction, smoking, near-collisions — as ready-made clips with a timestamp. No hours of rewinding.

THE PROBLEM

No one has time toreview the footage.

The cameras are already rolling. But raw footage solves nothing while someone has to sift through it by hand — and that never happens in time.

FOOTAGE PER WEEK · PER FLEET
212 hours
1 moment that matters
01

Hours of footage, no one to watch it.

Every camera fills hours of video a day. Reviewing it by hand is a lost cause — so it never gets done.

Incidents only surface after a complaint or claim.

The moment that matters only shows up once it's already a problem. Too late to steer.

You don't know what's happening until it's reported.

Fatigue, distraction, tailgating — it happens daily, but without visibility you steer on reports, not facts.

THE CORE · THE SYSTEM WATCHES FOR YOU

Footage goes in.Clips come out.

Raw, continuous footage streams in. The AI flags the moments that matter and serves them up as timestamped clips — automatically.

WHAT THE AI FINDS

What the AIfinds for you.

Six core events, in the cabin and on the road. Every detection becomes a timestamped clip — you get the result, not the raw hours.

In the cabin
DRIVER · DMS
Fatigue
Eyes closed longer, head nodding — caught before microsleep.
Distraction · phone
Gaze off the road for over 2 seconds, or phone in hand.
Smoking
Smoking behind the wheel, automatically recognised.
On the road
FRONT & REAR CAM
Tailgating
Too close to the lead vehicle at speed — under the safe distance.
Near-collision
Hard braking to avoid a collision.
Harsh braking & acceleration
Aggressive brake and throttle use recognised per trip.

PRIVACY & GDPR

Cabin detection is meant as coaching and safety, not surveillance. Detection runs on the event — not continuous monitoring — access is role-based and logged, and you set the retention period. For driver-facing cameras we advise alignment with the works council.

THE CAPSTONE · ONE WORKSPACE

It all comes together inone workspace.

Every flagged clip lands in one place — with a timestamp and location, ready to coach, dispute or share. And the same workspace shows your safety and efficiency data too.

Reports that write themselves

Weekly digests, compiled automatically and in your inbox. No manual work, no missed week.

Safety, efficiency and intelligence

The same workspace bundles all your fleet data. Intelligence contains the other two solutions.

One platform. Three solutions.

PROVEN IN PRACTICE

Less reviewing,faster action.

No more hours through footage. This is what fleets kept when the system started reviewing the footage for them.

DELIVERY · LAST-MILEINDICATIVE · IN VALIDATION

From hours of review to zero.

The team used to scrub footage by hand on every report. Now the AI flags the moments itself — coaching and disputing happen from the clip, not the archive.

Six core events, in the cabin and on the road: fatigue, distraction and phone use, smoking, tailgating, near-collisions and harsh braking or acceleration. Pedestrians and cyclists, sharp cornering and excess speed are also recognised. Every detection produces a clip with timestamp and location.

Yes. Road events come from the front and rear cameras; the driver-facing events (fatigue, distraction, smoking) from a cabin camera with DMS. You decide which cameras you fit.

The models are trained on millions of kilometres of driving footage and scan 60 times a second. Borderline cases are flagged for review rather than sent as an alarm — keeping the feed clean.

Yes. The cabin camera uses infrared in the dark and the road camera uses HDR for backlight and rain, so detection runs day and night.
